Rachel Swain, CHRS President, Owner

Rachel has over 23 years medical billing, office management and customer service experience from various specialties. Which include family practice, physical therapy, mental health and alternative medicine providers to name a few. Starting as a receptionist, in Internal Medicine, she quickly moved into the billing department. She has personally performed every medical billing position from charge entry to AR follow up to payment application, and as a result she is able to accurately process claims and receive prompt insurance reimbursement.  Rachel is a member of AMBA and holds the CHRS certification (Certified Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist) through PMRNC. The CHRS certification requires annual CEUs which provides our clients with added assurance of our commitment to the health insurance claims industry.
